My idea of training is: 6km, twice a week at the moment. 7km 3 times a weeks when I can.
Greatest moment of glory: Finishing 2006, 2 Oceans Marathon feeling like it was only 4km!
Upcoming Race plans: To be in the top ten of my future races.
Advice to first timers: Choose Hardrock and start with 5km flat running. Watch the trail in front of you.
