Osprey - All mighty Guarantee Summary
Osprey packs are covered against defects in the way they have been built, within the reasonable lifetime of the product.
- Covered: Manufacturing defects in the construction of your pack.
- Not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, environmental damage or airline/travel damage.
- Reservoirs: Hydration reservoirs carry a limited 1-year warranty for manufacturing and material defects only.
- Repairs: Where possible, Adventure Inc will aim to repair products rather than replace them.
