Delivery Times

Orders can take up to:

• 5 days to be delivered to main centres.

• 7 days to be delivered to outlying areas.

Delivery Address

Couriers will only deliver to a physical address during business hours.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

Adventure Inc offers free shipping on orders over R1,500.

Products Damaged During Delivery

If a product is damaged or is missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify Adventure Inc within 72 hours.

Adventure Inc will arrange for a replacement product to be sent and exchanged for the damaged product free of charge.

If a replacement product is unavailable, Adventure Inc can provide a voucher or refund.

Please email info@adventureinc.co.za with your order details and information regarding the damaged or incomplete product.

Return Shipping

For unwanted product returns and exchanges, return courier charges are for the customer's account.

For repairs, you are responsible for the courier cost of sending the product to Adventure Inc. Adventure Inc will cover the cost of sending the product back to you.

International Orders

Adventure Inc does not export and international orders are therefore not available.
