- 5-year warranty: Bags, coolers, totes, slings and lunch boxes and bags.
- Proof of purchase may be required and the product must have been purchased from an authorised dealer.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, alterations, wear and tear or other non-manufacturing damage.
Approved claims require the product to be couriered back to Adventure Inc at your cost for review.

Shipping: Orders can take up to 5 days to main centres and 7 days to outlying areas. Free shipping applies to orders over R1,500.
Returns: Unused, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to our return conditions. Return courier costs are for the customer’s account.
