Find Your Osprey Fit

The right fit makes all the difference. Osprey packs are designed around torso length and hipbelt fit to provide a more comfortable and secure carry.

Torso: Measure from the top of your hipbone (iliac crest) to the C7 vertebra at the base of your neck.
Hipbelt: Measure around your hips at the iliac crest, not your waist.
Fit: Use your measurements to select the correct pack size and fine-tune adjustable components where available.

Wash gently: Use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush. Do not machine wash.

Osprey packs are covered against defects in the way they have been built, within the reasonable lifetime of the product.

Covered: Manufacturing defects in the construction of your pack.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, environmental damage or airline/travel damage.
Reservoirs: Hydration reservoirs carry a limited 1-year warranty for manufacturing and material defects only.
Repairs: Where possible, Adventure Inc will aim to repair products rather than replace them.

Shipping: Orders can take up to 5 days to main centres and 7 days to outlying areas. Free shipping applies to orders over R1,500.
